We have two ways of making an Airbnb title. One is getting straight to the point and including exactly what your Airbnb is such as “two-bedroom condo 5-minutes from XXX hospital”.

The second way is to make your Airbnb title engaging and catchy “The bungalow retreat that has pokemon bedsheets”. This way, it will intrigue travelers enough that they will click on your Airbnb listing whether they are searching in the original or map mode.

For us, this includes point form notes with distance or time associated with amenities. For example: “5-minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, bank, gas, and

In this case, it is the complete opposite. Think about it this way, anyone on your listing has a short attention span. If you can get the most important details across to the traveler before they leave, you are more likely to sell the booking.

We mean being truthful in the sense of challenges. If you live on the top floor of an apartment and your guests will have to walk up 50 steps then mention that in your listing. Or if you live in a neighborhood that is under construction with noise in the mornings then mention it.
